Erez Pikar
Chief Executive Officer

Erez Pikar has been building technology businesses for the last 25 years, with a dedicated focus on supporting education for the last 14 years. In mid-2019, Erez led the merger of Troxell Communications, CDI Technologies, and Tierney to create North America’s largest education technology provider, Bluum.
Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Bluum, Erez leads a team of amazing individuals whose sole focus is helping educators plan, buy and effectively leverage technology in classrooms.He is a passionate advocate of education believing it is the most important of all human endeavors. This drives and shapes the company’s mission – to serve educators in the pursuit of better access and improved learning outcomes for students of all ages.

Sarah Kydd
Chief Operating Officer

Sarah manages many of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions for Bluum, spearheading many new strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth, including oversight of reseller sales and customer service.
In 2020, Sarah led the efforts to accelerate the opening of Bluum’s 80,000-square-foot facility in Dallas, which helped expedite the distribution of Chromebooks and charging carts to schools needing devices for remote and hybrid learning. The facility also handles repairs and shipping for Bluum’s SHIELD protection program, which ensures Chromebooks and other laptops remain functional and in circulation during a time when demand for mobile devices is at an all-time high.
Armed with an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business, her mission is to provide technology access to as many students and teachers as possible. Her dedication to that mission prompted her to apply for and recently receive a Kids in Need Foundation Board of Directors position.

Dan Gerelick
Chief Financial Officer

Dan has an extensive background from different industries with experience in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, financial systems and shared services.
Dan is currently the CFO of Bluum where he leads the entire finance team. Prior to Bluum, Dan was the CFO at ArmorWorks, VP of Finance for Tech Data and a former financial wizard at Raytheon, General Dynamics and Motorola. Armed with a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Arizona State University, Dan is a licensed CPA who purposefully sought to apply his financial acumen to the rewarding field of education.
Believing that every child should have access to first-rate education, Dan has helped Bluum double its revenue in the past year and help get more than one million Chromebooks into the hands of children throughout the country.

Brian Schreiber
Chief Revenue Officer

In his role, Brian oversees all sales, pricing, marketing, customer support, corporate development and revenue management functions. Brian was the captain of both the football and track and field teams at the University of the Redlands, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience in varied fast-growth, $1 billion-plus organizations, including hospitality, industrial technology, and healthcare.
Most recently, Brian served as Bluum’s Regional Vice President of Sales before being promoted to CRO. Previously, he held the role of National Sales Director + Revenue Management at Uline Inc., leading a go-to-market team of more than 300 employees with a $3B budget. Brian came aboard Bluum because of the company’s upward trajectory, his passion for scaling rapidly-expanding companies and his mission to help improve access and learning outcomes for students of all ages.

Kerry Shaw
Chief Human Resources Officer

Kerry is responsible for Bluum’s human resources strategy and its execution. Her background includes more than 20-plus years of experience in human resources from varied industries, which includes developing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy to meet the needs of the business.
Kerry’s focus is on partnering with the business to develop people-oriented strategies to drive the organization forward. An enthusiastic champion who genuinely engages with employees, Kerry focuses on attracting the best and brightest talent, developing and retaining employees and leaders and supporting an inclusive and equitable culture.
As a mother of school-aged children, Kerry was inspired to join Bluum and its mission to make learning more accessible to all students.

Mark Stachulski
Executive Vice President

Mark, better known as Stosh around the office, has spent 35 years in experience in the technology space, with 12 years directly focused on EdTech. Stosh acts as Executive Vice President and is also a member of the Bluum Board of Directors, having served on the Board since 2011.
Throughout the past 25 years, he has served in various C-Level positions in technology and financial services businesses, most notably with a Fortune 500 company, a large Chicago-based family office, and a major public accounting firm. Stosh joined as an Executive Consultant in 2010 and currently performs advisory services to the CEO and C-Suite of Bluum. He oversees all of the company's legal services, manages the companywide facility and lease agreements, develops and manages the leasing services to Bluum’s customer base and performs special projects.
The company's objective drives Stosh to serve education institutions that improve and enhance learning outcomes by providing a full suite of technology services and equipment for the benefit of students.

Michael Tierney
Senior Vice President, Sales Operations

I have worked in the EdTech industry since May 2010, and I continue to enjoy the challenge of meeting new customers’ technology needs and outperforming their expectations with our service. Diane Mitchell
Vice President, Marketing & Communications

A modern marketer with extensive experience in positioning world-class brands, Diane is passionate about telling stories and creating content that helps make marketing more human. She enjoys connecting the dots between strategy, messaging, and the need to move people to action.
Diane joined Bluum (formerly Trox) in 2020 after spending several years creating and managing global industry-leading brands for technology, distribution, and defense companies. She is the force behind Bluum’s new brand identity that unites the company’s multiple divisions under a single brand and common purpose to improve learning and make it more accessible. She’s seen first-hand how technology can make a difference in people’s lives and is proud to work with educators to create transformative learning experiences that nurture student confidence, create opportunity and cultivate possibility.
Diane has been honored with multiple industry awards including Tellys, Addys, Copper and Gold Quills, a New York Film Festival award and was named to CRN’s “Women of the Channel” list in 2020. She is a true believer that success has little to do with what you gain or accomplish in life, but lies in what you do for others.

Ryan Semans

Involved in education for his entire career, Ryan began his professional life in the classroom as a fifth-grade teacher and then as a technology integration collaborative teacher before moving into the private sector.
Thoroughly understanding the technology needs of teachers within a classroom, Ryan has proven invaluable in assisting Bluum evaluate the needs in the education space for driving teaching and learning. A former scholarship baseball player for Winona St. in Minnesota, Ryan received his Master’s in Education from St. Mary’s, holds numerous education technology certifications and helped lead his school district to the TIES Technology Team of the Year for the state of Minnesota. As his division moves from an administrative to a sales-generation focus, Brian strives to evaluate market needs and evaluate which cutting-edge vendors could be the most strategic partners for improving teaching and learning.

Andre Vashilko
Vice President, Product Strategy and Growth

Andre brings more than 20 years of experience in product management and marketing, vendor relations, demand planning and pricing to Bluum. Not only is Andre the face of the business for the Bluum’s new vendor partners, but he also services as the primary driver of product expansion strategy.
Possessing a unique combination of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Andre has held corporate senior leadership positions at Bell Canada and TELUS Communications while also co-founding a successful startup in the telecommunications industry that TELUS currently owns.
Andre is passionate about scaling growing companies and ecstatic about Bluum’s potential for growth, which is why he has been laser-focused on expanding its portfolio into additional services that improve learning outcomes such as health and safety, broadband, wireless and cybersecurity.

Seth Baker
Vice President, Enterprise Sales

In his role, Seth oversees all sales and go-to-market strategy for Bluum Technology nationally. Seth brings over 20 years' experience in the Audio Visual Technology industry working for manufacturers like Chief and Legrand AV and the last few years leading and growing AV integration division at Tierney.
Seth is dedicated to providing exceptional customer and technology experiences to all Bluum Tech customers.
